W.O.R.K. (Willpower.
Organization. Respect.
Knowledge.) is a non-profit
organization formed to help house the more than
one million Sri Lankan men, women and children who
were displaced by the December 26, 2004 tsunami.
We have no paid staff and therefore, no administration
costs. All of our funds are raised from donations
or fundraiser events and all of our organization
is done by volunteers. Starting January 2006, we
plan to build as many homes as possible in Sri Lanka
with volunteer workers from around the world, your
assistance and a lot of W.O.R.K. Will you
join us?
